1. Service
Lyricly provides tools to upload clips, generate short-form videos, and optionally schedule posts via connected platforms.
2. Accounts
You must keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for content you upload and for complying with third-party platform rules (Buffer, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
3. Plans & billing
Paid features are billed through Stripe according to the selected plan. Cancellation and refunds follow the checkout / Stripe customer portal terms you accept at purchase.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no abuse of infrastructure, no attempts to bypass plan limits or security controls.
5. Data & deletion
See the Privacy Policy. Members may export metadata and delete their account from Profile.
6. Liability
Liability caps and warranty disclaimers: to be finalized by counsel for your jurisdiction.
